SDA Architecture | Listed Building Consent approval granted for Manor House Barn

SDA Architecture was appointed in 2014 to prepare architectural designs to gain Listed Building Consent for Manor House Barn, Much Hoole, Preston.

Manor House Barn is a substantial character barn conversion situated on the outskirts of popular Much Hoole Village with open countryside views. The property provides five double bedrooms, two bathrooms & Shower Room, Reception Hall, and six reception rooms, including a kitchen & utility. There are expansive private gardens to the rear and a front courtyard garden with a cobbled driveway. A separate driveway leads to the detached garage and gardens.

SDA Architecture prepared architectural designs and heritage assessments to reinvent Manor House Barn to make it one of the most exclusive homes in the area, introducing double height atrium, new feature staircase, large green oak, aluminium and glass extension, modern kitchen and provided interior architecture designs to redevelop the current interior spaces to create a spacious and inviting family home.

Manor House Barn has now gained Listed Building Consent and Building Regulation approval.

The project is scheduled to be finished in the Summer of 2016. On completion, the finished imagery will be uploaded to our website.
