Studio SDA Architecture have Architectural Technician / Technologist vacancies in our Chorley Studio, Lancashire.

We are looking for technically strong Architectural Technician / Technologist with 2+ years UK experience (Post Graduation), UK building regulations knowledge, RIBA Stages 4-7 experience, to engage with all aspects of our unique and exciting projects.

You will be joining our passionate and driven team in our unique, award-winning studio located in Chorley.

We are looking for Applicants that meet the following criteria:

• Degree Qualified Architectural Technologist (MCIAT preferred).
• A Minimum of 2 Years practical experience.
• Residential experience is preferred (High-end, bespoke dwellings, new-build & refurbishments)
• Excellent Technical capabilities and construction knowledge.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a wider design/technical team.
• A passion for good design and enthusiastic approach to its delivery.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent timekeeping, and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks in achieving team deadlines.

Advanced Software Knowledge of:

• AutoCad
• Adobe CC
• Sketchup
