COVID-19 Statement – Studio SDA Architecture

We want to share our contingency planning which will allow us to continue providing our full range of services during the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.

We have suspended all non-essential travel, meetings, and visitors to our offices throughout our business and design teams. For all client project meetings that have already been arranged for the week commencing 16th March 2020. Our clients will be contacted individually and assessed on a case-by-case basis to confirm if the meetings will go ahead based on the individual circumstances.

Any staff displaying symptoms will be advised to self-isolate immediately. Due to this, we will monitor their condition and any colleagues they contact to ensure any concerns are quickly resolved. We will also advise any known third parties with whom such staff may have been in contact.

Our IT systems are designed to deliver our full range of services remotely from any location. Enabling our teams to work seamlessly wherever they may be. This includes full access to our complete program suite to facilitate close collaboration across all projects.

From Monday, 23rd March, our team will be working remotely. Therefore, this will enable us to provide and maintain social distancing measures to keep our staff, clients and wider consultant team safe. We will continue to monitor the ever-changing situation and shall amend and update our processes and strategies as necessary.

During this period, our studio telephone number will still be fully operational. We will be contactable and able to deal with all project-related requests and queries as normal delivering our exceptional standards to all our clients.

We are committed and have detailed plans for maintaining our business operations and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service with minimum disruption.

We will, of course, keep everyone updated if any changes are made to our working practices.
